At OMAJ Pain Management Spa™, we believe healing should be accessible to all. That’s why we created the HATCH Partnership: a collaboration with our state-approved massage training program, Thai Esan Muscular Arts, T.E.M.A
HATCH nurtures the next generation of healers while expanding access to consistent, supportive bodywork for our community.
Sessions are provided by student practitioners under licensed supervision, ensuring safe and attentive care in a supportive learning environment. Each session emphasizes restoring comfort, improving circulation, and encouraging balance.
All proceeds are reinvested back into the program — supporting instructors, maintaining facilities, providing student resources, and keeping HATCH accessible to the community.

Eileen chose T.E.M.A. because she wanted more than just a school, she wanted inspiration and a path toward a healing career. Through HATCH, our partnership with OMAJ Pain Management Spa, she’s found both fulfillment and real hands-on experience.
See Dean in practice as he develops his skills and shares what inspired him to choose hands-on learning to bring healing back to the community.

Jenn Songsorn, Advanced Instructor and LMT, was born and raised in a rural village in Esan, Thailand, where farming, holistic remedies, cultural ceremonies, and family bonding were all woven into a simple way of life.
Her path into massage therapy began not in a classroom, but in crisis: when her brother faced the loss of his arm after a traumatic accident, Jenn refused to accept the prognosis. With deep care and tireless dedication, she used traditional massage to restore circulation and ultimately save his arm.
What began as an act of love became a lifelong calling.
That experience not only shaped her purpose, it became the foundation of Thai Esan Muscular Arts (T.E.M.A.), a school rooted in healing, resilience, and cultural tradition. Today, T.E.M.A. honors the legacy of Thai bodywork while helping students of all levels learn how to approach massage as both an art and service.
