1. Purchase & Validity

• All bundles must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Bundles are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise specified.

2. Transferability

• Bundles are fully transferable. You may gift sessions to family, friends, or colleagues.
• To transfer, simply provide the recipient’s name at booking.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to therapist and time availability.
• Standard booking policies apply:
  
  • 24+ hours notice required to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeit of that session.

4. Refunds

• Bundles are non-refundable after purchase.
• If you are dissatisfied within the first 15 minutes of a session, please inform your therapist. A replacement session or partial credit may be offered at management’s discretion.

5. Session Length & Services

• Bundles apply only to the session types and durations purchased (e.g., 3×60 min, 3×90 min, or 2×120 min).
• Upgrades to longer sessions may be made by paying the rate difference at time of service.

6. Health & Safety

• Sessions are provided in accordance with OMAJ’s therapeutic standards and professional boundaries.
• Practitioners reserve the right to stop a session if a client engages in inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

7. Special Considerations

• Bundles cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or insurance billing.
• Pricing and policies are subject to change, but all purchased bundles will be honored under the terms at the time of purchase.
